This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Hosteran, including hosting services, domain registrations, and SSL certificates.
By purchasing from Hosteran, you agree to the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all shared hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with your hosting service within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
Exceptions:
- Domain name registrations and renewals (non-refundable once processed).
- SSL certificates (non-refundable after issuance).
- Custom setup or migration services already completed.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your hosting or domain service anytime from your client area or by emailing support@hosteran.com.
Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the paid period, unless you request immediate termination.
4. Refund Procedure
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@hosteran.com.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
5. Late Payments & Non-Renewal
Invoices not paid by the due date may result in service suspension. Refunds are not provided for expired or terminated accounts due to late payments.
6. Modifications
Hosteran reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication.
