This Acceptable Use Policy defines the acceptable use of Hosteran’s hosting, domain, and related services. Its purpose is to protect our customers, network, and infrastructure from misuse, abuse, or illegal activity.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Hosting or distributing illegal, copyrighted, or pirated content.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or using mail servers for spamming.
- Hosting malware, phishing pages, or any form of malicious code.
- Running IRC servers, crypto-mining, or high-risk scripts that affect network stability.
- Promoting or distributing adult content, hate speech, or violence.
- Attempting unauthorized access to other networks or systems.
3. Resource Usage
Shared hosting resources must not be overused or abused. Excessive CPU, RAM, or disk I/O may result in throttling or suspension to protect server stability.
4. Security
Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and keeping their software (e.g., CMS, plugins, themes) updated. Compromised websites may be disabled until secured.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Severe violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Updates to Policy
Hosteran reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
