1. Log into cPanel.
2. Open Backup Wizard → Back Up.
3. Choose “Home Directory” and “Databases”.
4. Download to your computer.

All hosting plans include daily backups stored securely for 30 days.
To restore, contact support or use the Restore Manager tool.
