How to move your website to Hosteran for free

We move your website and email from your current host at no extra cost.

Ask us for a migration
Send us a message through the contact page or open a support ticket, saying which website you want to move.

Share access safely
We’ll tell you the safest way to give us access to your old hosting. Don’t send passwords by email.

We copy everything
We copy the website files, databases and email accounts to your Hosteran plan and check that everything works.

Switch the domain
When we confirm the copy is ready, change the nameservers (see Point your domain to Hosteran) or we’ll do it for you if we manage the domain.

Keep the old hosting for a few days
Don’t cancel the old hosting until we confirm the move is complete and your email works on the new server.
