How to change or reset an email password
Set a new password for any mailbox, even if you’ve forgotten the old one.

Open Email Accounts
In cPanel, open Email → Email Accounts.

Click “Manage”
Next to the address, click Manage.

Set the new password
Under Security, type a new password (or click Generate) and copy it.

Save
Scroll down and click Update Email Settings.

Update your devices
Your phone and computer will now ask for the new password. Enter it there too, otherwise email stops arriving on those devices.
